Music and stuff

Oh dear, I've really been neglecting the blog. It's not like I've been coming online, but it's so sad to see that my last post was eleven days ago -- that's practically a month in Internet time.

We've finished a week of midterms, and everyone is so glad that Sejarah is over. It's hard to get myself motivated right now. I mean, my next paper is Moral. Pooh. But after that comes Add Maths and then Bio and Physics and Chemistry, and it all goes downhill from there. I should be studying, sigh.

But since I'm here, I might as well give you guys a proper update, right? (:

We celebrated Teacher's Day on Monday, the 17th of May. The event itself was pretty fail, but Edmund and Husaini's performance (they sang AJ Raphael's She Was Mine as well as Kau Ilhamku) was really good. But that's not what I want to blog about.

After that, we all went back to our respective classes for our class party. Husi had his guitar with him, and Edmund had Zar's keyboard, so of course, we were entertained. It wasn't long before everyone was singing along to She Was Mine.

I love singalongs. There's just something about them, I don't know. Like everyone's getting together to make music, and with the right number of people, it doesn't even matter if you can't sing very well. Everyone's singing the same words and the same notes (more or less, haha), and it's just...beautiful.

Anyone else feel the same way about singalongs?
